      You provide finalized architectural drawings and specifications. We issue a comprehensive BOQ covering all trades. Once approved, we assume total site custody, procure all materials, execute trades, and deliver the space ready for immediate occupancy.

      What is your typical project timeline?

      Timelines depend on carpet area and complexity. A 10,000 sq ft corporate office fit-out typically takes 45 to 60 days. We commit to firm completion milestones in our contract with structured penalty protections.

      Do you work with outside architects and PMC consultants?

      Yes, over 70% of our sites are architect-led or corporate PMC-guided. Our role as the turnkey contractor is to execute the architect's design intent with strict fidelity, engineering precision, and cost control.

      How do you guarantee quality across different trades?

      Every trade has a dedicated supervisor who reports to the Senior Project Manager. We implement a multi-stage quality check: raw material inspection on delivery, in-progress tolerance checks, and formal snag-list clearance prior to final handover.
